Vaccination for an EU citizen who is not Resident but has an NIE number

My 84 Irish Mother has lived in Tenerife for 30+ Years. She has owned in the past and currently rents and her Health Service, currently, covers for Ireland only. She cannot travel home and is happy to wait until it is safe to do so but would very much like to get the Vaccination. Her ever decreasing circle of friends are non EU and she cannot get access to a GP or information on the Vaccinne.

Any information that anyone has would be most appreciated as none of her family can go out to help her.
