HELP LEARNING/SPEAKING SPANISH

I am looking for people/groups who meet up to learn/improve their Spanish. I am taking classes but struggle with the Spanish/Spanish. Would like to meet up with people who can help explain the 'grammar' and practice speaking.
Doesn't need to be in Adeje can travel.
