Hello my names Matthew and basically my sister and her fella tried to go on holiday today but got refused the flight so now are about to lose £1500 they spent on the holiday and flights etc.
The hotel is a 4 star with very good reviews with an all inclusive board so no expenses spared as this was going to be their first holiday together, long story short they weren’t too sure about the COVID testing requirements.
