Private boat charter

Hi,
Myself , hubby and 2 close friends are visiting in February 10th to 20th 2023. We are celebrating our 50th birthdays and was wanting to charter a boat for around 4 hours with a captain. We would love to go to see the famous cliffs and have a spot of lunch on board, preferably not sandwiches.
Is there any one local who provide such a service or could anyone recommend someone. Not silly prices though.
