Where to find Spanish classes for adults in the evening free?

Hello everyone, 

I am an adult and  just moved in Tenerife. 

I would like to register to a school a take Spanish evening classes. 

My assumption is that these could be free since I would like to go a state school, not a private one. 

Please advise.
