Advice for moving to Costa del Silencio

Looking for advice in moving to Costa del Silencio.

Myself,wife, 5 year old daughter and 9month old son are contemplating moving to Tenerife.

Visited the area a few times and love it, we would initially look to rent a property for 12 months to see if we can make it work, daughter would enrol at an english school and try and find work/jobs.

is it as easy as that or going to be more difficult? What do we need to factor into this plan? Do we need a permit to work? What about bank accounts?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
