Requirement 1.1: computer programmer (developer) up-to-date with the technologies of the 21st century. If you're a windows dinosaur it's alright, I can provide you with windows assignments, there's plenty of legacy junk out there!
But I mostly look for people who've got these words in the vocabulary and do excel in those fields: Linux, MicroServices, Containers, API, Kubernetes, Docker, IaC, SaaS, Automation, DevOps, Cyber Security, GitHub... well yeah, the 21st century's stuff!
You don't need to be proficient on ALL of the named, some are so full of it and request "full stack developer" which is BS, NOBODY knows everything, so don't be shy, if you want to work from home, have the salary you had up north, but pay Canary taxes, then you know who to contact: ME
