Obtaining our Padron

Hi we have recently moved to Chayofa full time and we need to obtain the Padron certificate. I'm not actually sure how to go about it, internet searches are a bit conflicting. Some say go to Arona town Hall and others say Los Chris. Any advice would be appreciated, Thanks in advance
