Need advice on inheritance tax.

I am a UK resident and have owned a holiday home in Golf Del Sur since 2008.

My wife and I are now both in our seventies and are planning for the future, regarding inheritance tax in particular.

We are looking for advice with the intention of donating our property to our eldest daughter.

Is there anyone who can help directly or can recommend a good lawyer to advise us.
