Where I can I find a suitable nursing/sheltered home in Tenerife?

I am in a wheelchair unable to stand of walk. I am 58 yrs old and have no family to look after me. I have been in a wheelchair for 34 yrs and managed to look after myself being a paraplegic, now I am scared as I am getting older and looking a home so I can be with people and not on my own, very lonely. Please help
