Cockroaches

Any advice on keeping cockroaches out of our home? We keep everything spotless but still get them. I'm terrified of them. All advice gratefully accepted.

To a degree yes, but still getting the odd one, guess we will have to live with them lol

Hi Carol
I found I was getting in medium size roaches could not figure how they were getting in.
Until I moved my fridge in kitchen one day a small part of tile had chipped off so there was a small hole in tiles
This was enough for small ones to get through.
So if I was you I would check for small holes around door frames window frames and floor
Putting down the contents of small tube of paste around premises will help in the long term as they take it back to nest
Fill in any gap you find , they can get in the smallest of gaps but until then ebigon spray kills all roaches quickly
