Hi guys.

Very worried and hope you can  help please.

I know we need to wear a mask indoors but now Tenerife is level 4, do we have to wear a mask in the open whilst walking ?

Thank you.

Paul.

I was there till last Tuesday and for the two weeks before and you had to wear a mask in the street then and indoors, unless sitting down at a table eating/drinking.

Hi Paul

I live in Adeje. Not required to wear mask outside except if you cant maintain the required distance of 1.5 metres. 🤗

Thank you so much. It means a lot to me that you've taken the time to reply.

That is good to know and helps with our decision to come out.

Thank you

A very grateful Paul.

Many are wearing masks in the streets. Most people don’t. We do not. Some parents even have masks on small children. I’ve seen drivers alone in a car wearing a mask!???
In shops you will be told to wear a mask. In cafe-restaurant, sitting at a table eating/drinking, no mask required. When you walk in the waiter will remind you about mask. Then you sit down maskless, that’s ok. Remember the start of this: medical experts advised that a dust mask is absolutely no protection against a virus.
