Hi. My name is samantha and i am 54 years old. I am now in a position to locate abroad. I am hoping to visit peurto de la cruz in near future a much needed holiday and a opportunity to get a feel of the place. All going well I would consider buying a small property their for myself in future however I would need a income to live on. Any advice please.

Hi  Samantha

Having  a  holiday  first  is important  but  to start with you  will  need aTIE residencie  and private  health  and prove you are self efficient not overly  difficult.

As far  as work  is concerned  speaking  Spanish  would  be a great help but getting  a  little  work  you  need  a bit of luck  to get a cash job .

All the best

Cliff

Thank you Cliff

Holiday first for sure. Would I be right saying to be considered for tie residence the property you buy has to be over £ 300.000 pound or £253.000 euro.

I don't  think  you  have to  have a property you  could be a renter! only  proof of self suffiency  and health insurance
