The white wooden cot is in good condition and the mattress is like new.

Has any one considered a nice warm floor that is heated?enviremental friendly hasten to add 

Could be tile or most floors are suitable.the heating runs on a thermostat very easy to use .

Bathrooms lounges hallways .there is something exclusive about a warm floor.

Best done prior to tile or suitable finished floor be laid.

My children roll around the heated floor and love it 

I am looking for a builder to knock down an internal wall.  Can you recommend one please.  I would prefer a recommendation if possible from someone has used a local builder.  Thank you.
