Hi all , I have a TV aerial, it used to work, now doesn't, bought another one, still no good. 

I know they're not both faulty, and that it's me, I'm doing something wrong. 

Any technically minded person who may be able to help me?

Somehow dropped my bank card whilst walking to maccys, stuck in tenarife until I find it, or can order a new one to a address off somesort... If someone has found it be a dime and gimme a shout pls.
