Hi, I’m looking for a new opportunity to work in Tenerife/ preferably puerto de Santiago.
I am willing to put my skills and hard work into anything to make a bit extra money and meet new people.

Hola, iam looking for work in the hotel sector, bar work reception cleaner, anything really, I have many years of customer service behind me, I have travelled many times solo to the beautiful tenerife, spain is like a second home for me, as my grandfather was spanish, so lots of travelling to Spain.

We plane to holiday in Tenerife in January at our own apartment. Can you explain whether there are any requirements to enter Tenerife connected to this virus. problem. Any test at the airport or special documents needed ? I hope anyone can help as we do not want to have a problem on arrival..

Can you tell me the IBI % tax rate for 2019 which is to be paid by the end of 2020. Last time the rate was 19% is it still the same ?

My name is Jeff. We own a apartment in Puerto Santiago. Can you tell me why the IBI tax has not been asked for this year.as it is normally taken from my bank by D. D. ? We also pay a non resident property income tax of 19 % each year. Would this be the same % as last year (19% ) or has this tax changed Is this year ?. You normally pay this tax one year late. hope you can help.
