Hi All

Can anyone please recommend a local mortgage broker?

Or is it unlike in the UK mainly arranged with bank directly?

My experience in the UK was very positive with a mortgage broker and talking to the banks directly in Tenerife has proved a bit difficult on the phone. We are going there with a set of documents in two weeks and going to spek with Santander and BankInter, but if anyone can make any suggestions, I would really appreciate it.

Also, if you happen to have any go solicitors for conveyancing.
