Hi,
I’m looking for a care home for a 75 year old man who is in hospital at the moment, not sure of his discharge date as yet, he has arthritis, nerve damage in the legs, diabetes, lactose intolerance, mentally he is quite sharp but physically he struggles, so personal care is is the most important requirement.
