Looking for advice to find a senior citizens community in Tenerife

Hola Tenerife Community!

I'm hoping someone might be able to help, or at least point me in the right direction. I live in Tenerife, and my mother (71) back in the UK. is suffering a bit since my father died and so I'm looking to organise somewhere for her to stay in the canary islands for 2-3 months of the year in winter. Ideally a spot where she can connect with other senior citizens, and have lots of activities she can join - lonelyness is kind of her biggest issue. She's a fairly fit and switched on and would love to connect with others, go hiking, pilates/yoga, general activities really... I think the idea of finding these groups herself and organising it all in a different country is a bit overwhelming so I wondered if anyone knew of what options exist in Tenerife? Maybe it's just the right hotel targeted at senior citizens or maybe there are some actual community living places for retirees? Thanks in advance ! :)
