Hair,nails,fitness!!

In Los Cristiano Dec for 6wks. Please can u help me find a good hairdresser to colour my waist length hair, also somewhere who do acrylic nails. Love dancing,where can I go for smthg like Zumba/Salsa classes,or a gym nr Tenerife Royal Gardens that also do classes???. Many thanks
