Hi

First you need a gas man to serve a safe notice.much like uk gas safe.carrying gas bottles in your car never place flat also against the rules.storage in garages also can be a problem.you can easily find the rules on the Internet. Do you have the license certificate to buy the gas ?

Its all down to safety really.

Best of look its the handyman trying to help

Hi yes we have all the certificates and the boiler is only just 1 year old, now due a service, but we have been told they will not be allowed in the block at all so looks like we will have to pay for yet another new electric water system 🤦🏻‍♀️  Just wondered when the law was coming in, no one seems to have specific details of dates!

Hi again

It is possible the maintance of the apartments have bought in the no gas rules.i know its a pain and more cost but the electric water heaters aren't that expensive to purchase.normally fit in the bathroom somewhere. Any work you want quotes for im hoping to fly back next month keep me in mind
