When are hotels opening?

My family and I were due to fly to Puerto de la Cruz at end June 2020 but our flight from UK has been cancelled but not flight home! We booked our hotel as 'no refund' to avail of cheaper price. When are hotels expected to open as I will need to contact them to discuss refund due to current situation with coronavirus.
