We are interested in relocating to Valle de San Lorenzo in the New Year, can anyone please advise as to whether or not the Doctor's and Medical Staff speak English in the local Medical.Centre.

I live in Valle San Lorenzo. I haven't been in the medical center but I do know that all the pharmacies have people that can speak English. I was just in the Hospiten Sur hospital in Cristianos and they had designated translators.
