Hi everyone. We have a Sony Bravia smart tv connected to the internet with chromecast, Surfshark VPN and several UK terrestrial TV apps installed. However we can't receive the majority of the channels. Does anyone have any suggestions?

These are my Daughters toys and she is distraught that they are lost. Please help of you can. They were lost at one of the viewing platforms on the way to Volcano Tiede.
