Trying to find details on long term rental (1 year) in Tenerife at a reasonable price.  I am a single, retired lady who is very tidy and would keep the property spotless.  Will be coming back during holiday times to uk as well so if you use it yourself I can accommodate this as well.

Are there plans to build a hotel at golf del sur golf club. If so, where is the building work taking place.

Sorry to bother you again! Does anyone know if the strip of restaurants that sits behind the apartments, on the sea front are open by any chance? Where la marina II sits? We believe the wild geese unfortunately is shut!

Hi. My partner & I spend over 3 months a year in Tenerife & were going to apply  for residencia so we could come & go as we wished. We don't plan on spending the whole year here. What would be the best to get Residencia or Non Resident status.
