I am Susan and of 75years young, being fit and active, Zumba regularly and also work in a local dog charity shop on a  regular basis, to which yes I am a dog lover. Sadly I don’t have a dog at the moment having lost mine a few years ago but now settling into my new life I shall have a new 4x legged pooch soon.

I recently moved to Tenerife last October (2019) Playa San Juan. After being widowed since 2018 (Married for 40+ years) being on my own I have now decided that It is time I would like male company of similar age to perhaps go for drinks, meals, sight seeing or just meeting for a chat & coffee. 

I have been coming to Tenerife for the last 35+ years I am quite knowledgeable about the island but I do like to go exploring to find new restaurants, tapas bars, cafes etc but not the same doing it on your own.

It would be lovely to meet someone new to start sharing new memories. 

Please do get in touch if you would also like some friendly female “no ties” friendship. 

We have tiled a small area in our outside area and to finish it of we need 2 tiles cutting we would go to their place off work to have it done 

Hi there, just want to introduce ourselves.  We are Tony and Sue, fit and active aged 65 and 62 respectively and we live on the island of Kefalonia in Greece.  Been here 7 years.. stunning island, boring as anything in the winter, everything closes and the weather isnt too good either!!

We are looking to relocate to Tenerife in the next year or so (when we sell our property). We like the look of Playa San Juan/Alcala or perhaps Puerto de la Cruz.  Bit fed up of the quite isolated life. We live on the side of a mountain with the sheep and have to go everywhere by car.. Seemed a good idea at the time. :) 

Our hobbies are music (soul),weight lifting, keeping fit, reading, painting, sewing, walking, and if the opportunity arises.. bowling, petangue, aerobics, pilates, .. open to anything really that involves socialising and making new friends.

Hi there everyone... Thinking of relocation from  greece to tenerife. Like the look of San Juan.or possibly Puerto de la cruz.  We are in our early 60's, very fit and active.. Live on the side of a mountain at the mo and everything is shut for winter!!!

Looking for all year round bars, clubs, activities,  friends 

We love food, music,(primarily motown and northern soul)  socialising, walking, keeping fit, painting, sewing, bowling, petangue

Is San Juan the place for us?

Can anyone recommend a technician who can fix my oven that trips the electricity. It doesn't trip straight away but after a while. We are in Playa San Juan.

I was in a servere mess needing to replace a damaged tyre on the last day on my hire car... Over hearing an English conversation, I thought may be ex-pats, I waited then collared a Scottish guy who not only told me where a garage was but also lead me there. I can't tell you how lucky and greatful I was to have meat this great guy. This happened at the cafe bar, on the sea front, at Alcalá, Mon 22nd Jan, near the cash and carry. Wish I could thank him myself and tell the tiny tyre dealer in the back street to get on the internet on Google maps..... He will make a fortune.... There is no one advertising tyres on the internet in this area.... Unbelievable in this day and age,,,, if anyone needs a good tyre dealer, x on the map marks the spot,  Thanks again
