28 days good WiFi needed for remote calls

Hello,
My Wife and I will be coming to Costa Del Silencia in January for 28 days and have found out the place we're renting does not have WiFi and need for my remote work... The remote WiFi dongles look as though I'd be paying over €300 for that time which is ridiculous.
I could get unlimited UK data and hotspot but I don't want to risk it and the signal not be good enough when I get there. Any advice is welcomed and much appreciated
