Medical Assistance

Hi Everyone

I'm coming to Costa Del Silencio with hubbie tomorrow for a couple of months.

Hubbie has had a nasty skin cancer op. It became infected which has cleared now and he has been given lots of dressings and more antibiotics if needed.

Just wondering, should we need it, if there is an A&E in the area, also a medical nurse if we need the wound looked at?
