Can anyone recommend: Someone who can repair bi-fold doors that won't shut in La Gomera

I had bi-fold doors fitted 4 years ago and they have been difficult to close recently, they keep getting stuck in the bottom runner. I have cleaned and oiled the bottom runner but now they just won't move at all, they are stuck open. There is no one on La Gomera who has the experience to fix them and the company in Tenerife that fitted them is no longer in business. Can someone help me please?
