Hi there, two questions, please can you help?

What is the best office to register in person for the Clave system- it seems impossible to do it online as it sends you round in circles at the main tax site.

Second question is does the property tax have to be paid every year whether you have rented a flat out or not.I paid it this year a year after buying it but Covid meant I couldn't rent this year under Touristic Exploitation at a hotel in La Paz.

We are going home Monday night, 25th October and really want to get the Clave thing done in person but if anyone knows how to do it online with just an nie number then I will be eternally grateful, thanks Helen

My parents have had a timeshare in Los Gigantes since before I was born and we haven't travelled the island much. I'd love to go up Mount Teidi and most tours I've come across state that you can't have any medical conditions to go up the cable car in case you have to walk back down. Does anyone know of a disclaimer you can sign to say that you're ok with it, or a company that doesn't state that it can only be for healthy people? 

I'm also going to go scuba diving near Fanabe beach and would like to do some other activities but don't know which ones would be best. I'll most likely be on public transport so something easily accessible.

I will keep this short… My friend went missing on Saturday 15th July 2019 in Tenerife, whilst JetSkiing in Los Cristianos near Palm Mar. I know it’s been a while since however I won’t give up hope regarding his return. Please share these pictures as someone you know may know something or have seen something. He has family and friends that love him unconditionally and are desperately holding out for information. Take a look, you may recognise him. He also has tattoos on his arms and he was last seen wearing Red Shorts. Please share in hospitals, hotels, even in remote locations. He could be anywhere. Thank you for your help in advance
