Have just purchased a bungalow in Santa Marta and need advice on Internet and UK TV installation. Shall be visiting about 6 to 8 weeks a year. Might consider in due course limited holiday renting. Owned property in Pebble Beach and Sotavento some years ago!

If you were thinking about renting it out in the winter months I would be interested if the rent was reasonable we are coming to stay in Santa Marta for 90 days from January to April
