Hi, I have just moved here with my family and am finding it difficult to find things for my 15 year old daughter to do.  She loves art and I was wondering if anyone knew of any art classes at all that are going on from now until September.  She likes all types of art so anything anyone knows about would be a great help.

We looking to sell our existing apartment and buy another property in the region of 180,000 Euro and wondered what sort of charges the Estate Agent and Solicitor are likely to make and who pays these fees. I have been told that the procedure in Tenerife is somewhat different to the UK.

I am in a wheelchair unable to stand of walk. I am 58 yrs old and have no family to look after me. I have been in a wheelchair for 34 yrs and managed to look after myself being a paraplegic, now I am scared as I am getting older and looking a home so I can be with people and not on my own, very lonely. Please help
