Just wondered if anyone could clarify the correct procedure to register a formal complaint against a dental practice.
I've been advised that they are not monitored in the same way as other businesses and therefore the "Hojas De Reclamacion" form may not apply to this service. I don't want to incur costs of a lawyer. Any advice welcomed.

Hi, Eileen, may I ask which dentist practice it was, since I am just about to go to a dentist, and so far I have not found a suitable yet, thanks

Hi, the practice are known as Family Dental Plaza in San Eugenio commercial centre. As I am still pursuing my options on how to register a formal complaint, I would appreciate it if the name was not mentioned in any negative social media posts. There are a number of very good professional practices. I would recommend one that does not operate under an insurance company. Good luck.

Good evening Eileen, thank you and rest assured it will not be mentioned anywhere. It is only for myself, as I am looking for a proper dentist in Tenerife, but finding it hard to find a good one.
