Looking for a job: Health care worker

I have worked in the Health & Social Care field for 35 years and I’m wondering if there is any potential in continuing what I love doing but as a live in companion/ health care provider in Tenerife? I have vast experience of supporting people with a range of issues from Mental Health, Learning disabilities and people with Dementia. If anyone can give me some advice/guidance I would be grat
