Help/advice needed

Hi all,

Please could I ask you for some advice. We have owned our apartment in Tenerife for 20 years, and our electric supplier is endesa. We have always paid the bill via direct debit, and never had a problem. We are currently in the UK, unable to get out at the moment,for obvious reasons, but have found out that our Spanish bank have frozen the account, no idea why, not found out yet,  and our last 3 electric bills have not been paid. We have tried to contact endesa, but no joy. Tried to set up an on line account with them. No joy. Tried to ring them, they just said they don't speak english and put phone down. We will probably end up being cut off, which is frustrating as we have the funds, just can't get it to them. Any suggestions?
